Hello everyone,

Essentially started Intermittent Fasting (TRF 1200 - 2000, occasionally 1400-2000). Began RPT for weights. I have SIGNIFICANTLY increased strength (a previous shoulder injury in my AC joint has kept me from getting under the bench - but DB incline/decline/flat bench consistently with good form, RPT, I actually got 135 lb for 5 reps (I started with 25 dumbbells for 6 reps at beginning of February)). Still in loading phase of Creatine (today is day 5, so will start maintenance tomorrow). Diet looks like this:Approx 1900-2000 kCal, 170g carbs (goal), 150g Protein (goal), 75g Fat.
